Illustration Friday - Tattoo

Here is my Illustration Friday Tattoo entry. I bet I will be the only one to show a tattoo sticker! It's a fairly recent illustration I did. First I created a flat sticker and then distorted it to fit on a backpack. The peice was commissioned by a magazine about an article on traveling abroad and all the health issues to consider for adults and young teens. They wanted a sticker for tattoos and body piercings. Created with Illustrator, Photoshop & Painter.
Here is the final piece that I added the sticker to. It was fun coming up with health issues stickers to look like old travel stickers on a suitcase.

Interesting entry! I think travelling can actually leave a lot of tattoos on you, forever lasting impressions, so to say. And I have met many a traveller who used the reasonable prices in foreign countries to actually come home with a tattoo or peircing. Take the latter and you can count me in :)

I really like your approach on the concept! Your technique fooled me, never would have thought you could get that painterly feel with the computer.
